Blackall maintains a long tradition of providing quality work and service to its clients. The company operates under the guidance and supervision of the following individuals:
John Blackall, President
Educated in HVAC Commercial Technology, John holds a Class A TACLA license with over 25 years of industrial and commercial experience in HVAC and Control design, with a specialization in new construction and retrofit applications.
Marvin Allison, Operations/Service Manager
Class A TACLA licensee with over 12 years of commercial and large residential experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems. Marvin oversees all operations, service work and PASS (Performance Assurance Support Services) for new construction and retrofit projects.
Bill Seel, Plumbing Division Manager
Master Plumber with over 27 years experience in service and repair. Bill’s extensive knowledge of hot water heaters and boilers allows Blackall to serve as the state’s factory service representative for two national commercial heating manufacturers.
Rodney G. Thornton, Sales/Business Development Manager
With over 30 years experience in the HVAC, automation and engineering industry, Rodney brings a high level of solution based knowledge to our customers. Rodney oversees the sales team in north Texas as well as the team in south Texas while helping in the development of future business opportunities for our company.
Frankie Moeller, HVAC Division Manager
Frankie has 31 years of commercial HVAC experience. Holding key positions as Operations Manager and General Manager for the past eleven years, Frankie has the skill and knowledge of the industry that allows him to manage a team of technicians and overall operations within Blackall Mechanical that will assure our customers the very best in service.

Michael has over 28 years experience in the HVAC industry and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of integrity and is committed to total customer satisfaction. Michael is extremely attentive to the customer’s needs and understands that air conditioning is critically important to the success of your business.
